About X Compose Inc.
We modernize legacy Android apps to modern stacks (Jetpack Compose + MVVM, clean architecture) and deliver end-to-end software projects for clients.
What you’ll do
Own project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Run Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros), maintain roadmaps and release plans.
Translate business goals into clear requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Android, Web, Backend, Design, QA).
Track risks/dependencies; surface trade-offs and drive decisions fast.
Build strong client relationships: status updates, demos, change requests, SOWs.
Report outcomes with dashboards (velocity, burndown, cycle time, defects).
Improve delivery processes (playbooks, templates, estimation, retrospectives).
What you’ll bring
4–7+ years of software project management (agency or product).
Solid Agile/Scrum experience; hands-on with Jira/Linear, Confluence/Notion, Gantt/road mapping tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to write crisp specs/user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
Comfort with technical discussions (APIs, CI/CD, environments, releases).
Nice to have
Background in mobile (Android) or web delivery.
Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master/PSM, PMI-ACP).
Experience with multi-team programs, vendor management, or SOW/contracting.
Familiarity with analytics/observability and data-driven delivery metrics.
