Role: Contract Sales Director – Pharma / Biotech
Location: London / Remote
Day Rate: £600 - £750 (outside IR35)
Duration: 6 - 12 months

Our client , (A global biotech firm) is hiring a Contract Sales Director to lead UK commercial strategy for a new product launch in oncology. You’ll manage regional sales teams, drive KOL engagement and oversee launch execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategy.
Lead, coach, and performance-manage regional sales managers.
Engage with key accounts and healthcare providers.
Collaborate with medical affairs and market access teams

Requirements:

8+ years in pharma sales leadership.
Oncology or specialty care experience essential.
ABPI certified.
Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills.
