Job title: Product Manager (LS)

Will the role be 100% remote, hybrid or 100% office? Hybrid 1-2 days/week

The Role:

Product Manager for a Life science company interacting with customers in the UK, US (East Coast), and Polland to support product strategy transformation. The Product Manager must have experience working with a Life Science company with demonstrable working knowledge of modern data engineering tech stack and working knowledge of modern database (SQL, NoSQL) with Google Cloud

Key responsibilities:

Product knowledge transfer:

Document existing product knowledge including use case, usage metrics, business processes, technical spec and documentation

Document non-functional product knowledge

Business analysis:

Analyze AS-IS product landscape, use cases, business processes, and customer needs

Propose transformation strategy for existing legacy products

Product requirement development:

Following existing processes to develop product requirements

Deliver product requirement documents according to assigned priority and timeline

Business stakeholder management:

Act as point-of-entry for business requests for assigned products

Map relevant stakeholders (influence, needs, communication frequency) and deliver tailored engagement strategy

Execute the stakeholder engagement strategy with agreed objectives

Attend planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.

Product development management:

Fulfil Product Manager responsibility during product development phase.

Attend planning sessions, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

8+ Years Experience

Business use case analysis

User interviews

Stakeholder mapping

Requirements documentation writing

Working knowledge of software product development

Working knowledge of Cloud

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proven agile development experience

Experienced user of Jira and Confluence

Experience working for a Life Science organisation with demonstrable knowledge in modern data engineering tech stack (Google) along working knowledge of modern databases (SQL, NoSQL)
