Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor for a full-time on-site role located in Rabat-Salé-Kénitra, Morocco. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, coordinating reservations, assisting guests, and supervising front desk staff. This role requires maintaining high service standards and addressing guest inquiries efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead the front office team effectively
Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions
Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience
Knowledge of Reservations processes and systems for managing bookings efficiently
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with guests and team members
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges
Prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred but not required
Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus
