Leadership & team management
Communication skills (clear reporting and interaction with teams)
KPI monitoring and follow-up
Production process optimization
Production scheduling & resource management
Cross-Functional Collaboration (Working with maintenance, quality, and other departments)
Capacity planning (adjusting production plans based on demand and resources)

Challenge Check:

Ensuring production demand on time.
Handling shortages of materials, workers, or equipment.
