We are looking for a Clinical Project Assistant to support a global clinical operations team as a CPA, providing essential coordination and administrative support. This is a fully Remote position on a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain trial master files and ensure documentation accuracy.
Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics with sites and vendors.
Track study milestones and assist with reporting.
Support ethics submissions and regulatory documentation.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth trial execution.

Requirements:

Degree in life sciences or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in clinical trials or pharma admin.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and trial management systems.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
