Tittle: Growth Data Science Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA/ Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

6+ Months

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis from massive amounts of data to extract useful business insights and provide recommendations.
Design and build intuitive and actionable dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions.
Deliver insights and analytics to help stakeholders answer critical questions related to Payments, Retention, and Expansion initiatives.
Measure, benchmark, and optimize programs aimed at maximizing product adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention for our customers.

Basic qualifications:

Bachelors in a quantitative field (Statistics, Finance, Math, CS, or related).
3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role.
3+ years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to creating complex queries across multiple database schemas.
2+ years of experience creating data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Qlik.
Proven effectiveness working independently or partnering with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in at least one programming language (eg. R, Python, Scala/Spark or Perl etc).
Experience setting up experiments and analyzing impact of A/B tests to arrive at conclusive results.
Work experience at a B2B company.
