Job Details :

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer – Change Management (SNOW) to join our IT operations team. This role will focus on managing and automating change processes within ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring seamless integration with DevOps pipelines, and maintaining compliance with ITIL standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Change Management, DevOps practices, and automation tools, with a passion for improving operational efficiency and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Operations
Administer and manage ServiceNow Change Management modules.
Ensure all changes follow ITIL-compliant processes and organizational policies.
Coordinate with stakeholders to assess, approve, and implement changes with minimal risk.
DevOps Integration
Integrate ServiceNow Change Management with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Automate change request creation, approvals, and deployments using ServiceNow APIs and workflows.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release management.
Governance & Compliance
Monitor adherence to change management policies and audit requirements.
Provide reporting and analytics on change success rates, risks, and trends.
Implement guardrails to ensure production stability during deployments.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize change processes and reduce manual effort.
Develop scripts, workflows, and automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
Stay updated on ServiceNow features and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management modules.
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell, Groovy).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Process Knowledge
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, especially Change, Incident, and Release Management.
Experience in integrating ITSM tools with DevOps workflows.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Change Management.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, ELK) for change impact analysis.
