Collections Agents – UK Banking Sector

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Contracting opportunity - Outside IR35

Experience Required: Outbound Collections

Map Room is currently seeking to engage experienced Collections Agents to join a team within the UK banking sector. You will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with the management of overdue accounts through professional and compliant outbound communications.

We are looking for individuals who understand the complexity and sensitivity involved in Collections. This position is characterised as a proactive, outbound opportunity, and candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in this domain.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in outbound collections or recoveries, with a preference for candidates from banking or financial services.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a tenacity to achieve results.

- A customer-centric approach that emphasises equitable outcomes.

- Capability to identify vulnerability and mitigate potential customer harm.

- Can engage and negotiate effectively with customers to reach sustainable resolutions

This is a contracting opportunity for a minimum of 6 months.
