The Role
We’re looking for a Community & Marketing Manager to help shape how our guests experience our brands online and in real life. This role blends social media, partnerships, activations, and influencer marketing—perfect for someone who loves hospitality and building engaged communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our social communities, engaging daily across social channels
Develop responses and tone of voice across multiple brands
Support content creation, UGC selection, and maintain publishing calendars
Monitor guest insights and market trends, sharing key learnings with the team
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound collaboration, media, and brand requests
Evaluate and coordinate partnership opportunities
Track inquiries, responses, deliverables, and outcomes
Support planning and execution of marketing activities, events and activations
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and events teams
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and local tastemakers
Coordinate hosted visits, tracking deliverables and performance
Proactively pitch content partners and campaign ideas
Maintain organized brand asset libraries and shared drive systems
Produce weekly/monthly performance, campaign and event reporting
Who You Are
2-4 years in marketing, social media, community management
In-house hospitality or agency client focused experience is preferred
Strong communicator with an eye for visual storytelling
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
Experience with social tools (Later, Sprout, Meta, TikTok); Canva/Adobe a plus
Passionate about food, hospitality, and building community
