Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

What does it feel like to be an Online Writer ?

As an Online Writer, you will:

Develop editorial ideas and plans for websites and social media.
Research and review materials to create accurate and relevant content.
Write and edit content suited to different audiences.
Create multimedia stories and long articles with engaging, human-focused narratives.
Manage editorial projects, including coordinating junior writers and maintaining quality.
Conduct research and interviews, and suggest visuals to support your stories.
Write content that is easy to find online by using good structure and keywords.
Publish and update content in the website’s CMS and monitor online and print media.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of key EU policies and the main factors influencing public opinion.
Familiarity with UX, accessibility, and data protection principles.
Knowledge of visual storytelling tools.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French would be an advantage.
