Key Responsibilities:

Mendix Development

Minimum 2 years in Mendix web & mobile applications
Mendix Studio Pro proficiency
Mendix Rapid Developer certification or higher

Application Architecture & Performance

Assessing existing applications
Ensuring best practices in development
Performance troubleshooting

Software Development & Deployment

Analysis, design, development, and implementation of Mendix applications
Code merging and deployment (Pre-Prod → Prod)
Preparing release notes
Hotfix and bug fixing

Technical Problem-Solving

Troubleshooting
Debugging issues efficiently

Process & Collaboration

Translating business processes into technical requirements
Working in Agile methodology
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work

Communication Skills

Strong English communication (written & spoken)
