Business Analyst - Permanent - London/Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join its change delivery team, focusing on a delegated workflow solution project. The portfolio currently includes around 20 projects and programmes, valued in the tens of millions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration of delegated authority workflow with bordereaux processes
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver scalable solutions
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery
Support ongoing enhancements and potential product evolution
Work within a 10-person agile team including PM, Scrum Master, and Solution ArchitectCandidate Profile

2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
Background in Insurance or Financial Services (London Market experience highly desirable)
Comfortable with both technical and process analysis (approx. 60/40 split)
Experience with delegated authority workflows or bordereaux processes is a plus
Energetic, collaborative, and thrives in varied environments
