Product Lead, reporting to CEO/Founder
Location: Hybrid - London (3+ days in office)
About Us
My client are pioneers in digitizing a private health-clinic journey, enabling customers to focus less on admin and more on life-changing care. This is an industry plagued by stale incumbents, outdated tech, and lazy product roadmaps.
We’re looking for a Product Lead (Senior IC) to own and scale the Billing & Payments modules end-to-end. This includes everything from defining the product vision to driving execution across financial workflows, invoices, payments, reconciliation, automation, and integrations.
You will take an early-stage 0→1 product and turn it into a scalable, reliable system that clinics trust for daily financial operations.
You will:
Product Ownership
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Billing & Payments — from user insights to launch.
Shape how clinics capture billable items, generate invoices, take payments, manage storage billing, and reconcile revenue.
Build a scalable foundation that supports multi-clinic, multi-country, multi-currency expansion.
Product Discovery
Build deep empathy with clinic users — finance teams, coordinators, administrators, and patients.
Identify inefficiencies in current billing workflows, edge cases, and financial compliance needs.
Validate and iterate on solutions through rapid experimentation.
Product Delivery
Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, reliable product experiences.
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features at speed.
Ensure accuracy, data integrity, auditability, and reliability in all billing/financial features.
Scaling
Mature a 0→1 system into production-level infrastructure that can support high-volume, multi-country clinic operations.
Introduce automation, rules engines, and systems that reduce manual intervention.
Drive integrations with accounting software, payment processors, and clinic management systems.
About You
You’re an experienced PM who thrives in early-stage environments but knows how to build for scale. You have a high bar for product quality and a strong command of financial systems.
We’d love to hear from you if:
You have demonstrable experience of owning product in a high-growth tech startup, building complex B2B SaaS or workflow products.
Preference for billing, payments, fintech, or revenue-related products.
You are exceptional at taking products from 0→1, and equally strong at maturing them into scalable, stable systems.
You’re comfortable with high-touch environments, where deep user understanding drives product decisions.
You can turn messy, ambiguous workflows into clean, elegant, and automated experiences.
You’re a strong communicator who brings clarity to technical, financial, and operational discussions.
You care about building products with real impact in healthcare.
