The Role
We’re looking for a driven, independent, and energetic Commercial Lead Generator to fuel our sales engine. This role is all about finding the right businesses, sparking meaningful conversations, and opening doors for our commercial team to engage. What You’ll Do
Identify and research high-potential B2B prospects across priority markets
Drive outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and personalised sequences
Qualify leads, uncover needs, and position Qmunity AI’s value
Book high-quality intro meetings for the commercial team
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Share market intelligence to help refine our ICP and messaging
Work closely with sales and marketing to optimise outcomes
What we’re looking for:
Experience in B2B lead generation, or commercial outreach
Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and persuasive
Familiarity with digital marketing or AI tools (nice to have)
Comfortable with high-volume, targeted outreach
Tech-savvy with CRM and sales engagement platforms
Resilient, results-driven, and motivated by growth targets
