This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a growing startup by building project structures, establishing workflows, and driving execution from the ground up—while contributing to cybersecurity-related initiatives and operational readiness.

Working with one of our innovative clients, this position calls for an IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity who will create organizational templates and processes, manage competing priorities, ensure alignment of deliverables, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in dynamic environments, takes ownership, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain templates, processes, and workflows across the organization.
Take full ownership of assigned tasks and drive projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure statements of work (SOWs) and project deliverables are fully aligned with business needs and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain project momentum.
Support cybersecurity-related initiatives through effective coordination, structure, and project discipline.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality execution.

Desired Skill Set:

3+ years of experience working in a startup environment or similarly fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Proven ability to execute in a hands-on role with minimal direction.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
Ability to create structure, process, and clarity where none currently exists.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to cybersecurity projects or familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
Experience supporting project documentation, workflows, or operational readiness in technical environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
