What you’ll be doing:

Make outbound sales calls to grow your client base
Source, qualify and manage top candidates across engineering & tech markets
Run the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle
Become a sector expert in one of our high-demand markets
Work collaboratively with the Cardiff team to share knowledge and wins
Drive new business development and expand your specialist niche
