The Graduate Programme:

By joining the Saab UK's Graduate IT Engineering Program in September 2026, you'll have the opportunity to have hands on practical experience with our unique products, while being supported by your managers, mentors and peers. You will gain valuable experience across the whole operational business working on a number of different processes and projects.

This is a structured 2-year graduate programme designed to provide a range of experience and understanding across all core IT engineering disciplines. You will complete four 6-month rotations as part of this programme.

Graduates will rotate as a cohort and finish with a final placement and there will be discussions for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Across the programme you will:

Build real experience on real systems, gain industry recognised skills while rotating through our core Engineering disciplines.
Develop strong professional networks through your managers, graduate mentors and others across the business.
Be involved in continuous learning activities in both technical and soft skill environments.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor’s (or higher) degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
MS Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
