The Solutions Architect - Azure will provide customer-facing services to our customers to help them define and oversee cloud-based initiatives. The Solutions Architect - Azure is responsible for helping strategize, architect, and implement various solutions that support SHI customer's move to the Public Cloud. The Solutions Architect will design and implement enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing, analyzing system requirements and ensuring that systems are securely integrated with current applications. Role Description
Design and implement Cloud solutions and related technologies including but not limited to, Network Design, Security Architecture, Governance Best Practices and Connectivity.
Perform design and implementation work that may include logical design, I/O design, cloud architecture analysis and design, system migration and systems engineering.
Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and workshops, overseeing the work of others and being accountable for the outcome of the project.
Develop technical roadmaps for future cloud implementations on Public Cloud platforms.
Plan, manage, and troubleshoot Cloud services deployment.
Perform PowerShell, python and bash Scripting for automation, documentation and standardization.
Develop business case analysis on potential project.
Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
Lead the development of SOWs, working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
Drive revenue growth within the professional services team by identifying new opportunities and optimizing service offerings.
Collaborate with SHI Stakeholder partner teams to create synergistic service solutions.
Engage with SHI sales teams, including front line sellers and customer success managers, to ensure a unified approach to service delivery and client engagement.
Contribute to practice development by identifying areas for growth, leading innovation initiatives, and creating and maintaining practice standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Demonstrate deep expertise in Service Delivery and provide thought leadership and guidance to clients and SHI teams on best practices, trends, and innovations in technology.
Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, and provide relevant technology/architecture recommendations.
Stay current with new technologies and frameworks, drive the retirement of Legacy solutions/technologies, and recommend adopting new partners or solution components. Behaviors and Competencies
