Overview

The Marketing Manager will join the Field Marketing Team for Europe, based in Paris and reporting to the Director of Marketing in Munich. The role focuses on adapting and executing solution-based regional campaigns for the Business Network division in France, while also creating new initiatives. This includes managing digital programmes, events, online tools, and partner interactions, all aligned with the wider field marketing strategy.

You’ll work closely with sales, telemarketing, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and strategically aligned. The solutions involve cloud-based B2B integration, secure data exchange, supply chain visibility, and collaboration across business ecosystems.

Requirements

-Strong marketing experience within a large software organisation

-Strong background in digital programmes and campaign delivery

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

-Proven support in helping sales teams achieve revenue goals

-Solid budget management experience

-Strong understanding of digital marketing systems and automation tools (Eloqua, Swoogo)

-Knowledge of lead generation, pipeline processes, and performance metrics

-Professional presence with strong communication skills in local language and English

-Skilled in social media usage within marketing plans

-Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities

-Confident facilitator with persuasive and presentation skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Strengths

-Partnering with sales to build plans that drive pipeline and revenue

-Managing end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person events

-Adapting global digital campaigns for the EMEA market (email, social, inbound, PPC)

-Measuring outcomes using CRM reports, assessing ROI, and recommending improvements

Responsibilities

-Plan, develop, and execute regional programmes aligned with sales priorities

-Lead creative development across the campaign lifecycle with US and EMEA teams

-Work with the account development team to analyse outcomes and maximise ROI

-Track and optimise marketing activities using KPIs

-Monitor campaigns for accuracy, profitability, and performance trends

-Manage and optimise assigned sites and campaigns to support business goals

-Organise customer events, sponsorship events, webinars, and virtual conferences

-Oversee budget for the Business Network France unit
