The Senior Marketing and Experience Measurement Analysis works within the Experience, Brand and Marketing organization and is responsible for identifying who we target and how we optimize performance of marketing and experience levers to improve ROI. This role will be a part of a team analyzing client behavior data to design and implement performance measurement and reporting capabilities. The role is responsible for providing actionable insights to support business decisions and shape our marketing and experience strategies through data-driven insights. Example subject areas of focus may include audience building, segmentation, attribution, campaign performance, ROI analysis, lifecycle management and experiment design.
Essential Functions:
Proactively identify opportunities where analytics can inform Experience, Brand and Marketing strategies.
Provide actionable insights to support business decisions and long-term strategy development, primarily by performing root cause, exploratory, sensitivity and scenario analysis, hypothesis testing, economic modeling, regression, segmentations and data visualization to identify patterns/trends/insights etc. on ambiguous business problems.
Recommend, develop and execute measurement approaches, analysis and experiments that explain the incremental impact of marketing and experience on core success metrics and KPIs.
Maintain a strong understanding of division results & key business drivers to be able to apply understanding to analytic approach to influence key strategies and business performance. Strong knowledge of marketing KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
Drive measurement, improvement, and optimization strategies by connecting marketing and experience activity to outcomes that will help achieve stated goals.
Build and maintain an understanding of data flows, sources, and data transformations across multiple domains. Extract, merge, cleanse and transform data from multiple sources as needed for analysis.
Define business and data requirements for analytic deliverables and liaise with technology and data support teams to drive data enhancements.
Apply critical thinking to pressure test and validate logic and outputs against known sources and understanding of business. Proactively identify data quality issues and collaborate with other subject matter experts to identify solutions.
Actively participate in industry and trade data and analytic communities in order to bring fresh ideas to the organization.
Lead team to generate and incorporate insights into a cohesive story that clearly addresses business questions and influences decision making. Effectively lead the creation and communication of tailored messages to influence senior leaders regarding analytic ideas, approach, key takeaways, and actionable insights.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
Consult with business owners to understand the business problem. Independently identify the appropriate analytic approach to solve the problem. Provide mentorship and feedback to others on analytic approach and leverage systems thinking to connect work to other strategic initiatives.
Lead and influence the development of KPI and benchmark development. Communicate results to senior leaders.
