Job Description:

DBTS (GenAI Centre of Excellence / DTS Acceleration) is seeking a strategic leader to shape and advance enterprise governance orchestration for digital and technology solutions, including Generative AI. This role is pivotal in designing global governance frameworks, developing an orchestrated global governance approach, embedding responsible AI practices, and ensuring compliance with existing and evolving regulatory landscapes. The successful candidate will partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Data, and Enterprise Risk Management and others to translate complex risks into actionable strategies that enable responsible global oversight and innovation while safeguarding trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

Define and evolve enterprise governance approach for digital and technology solutions, including AI and emerging technologies.
Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into clear, actionable strategies and approaches.
Anticipate emerging risks and opportunities; align governance priorities with business objectives.
