Join Our Team as a Clinical Trial Associate!

Are you passionate about clinical research and ready to make an impact on global health? We’re looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to provide operational support for clinical studies and help deliver high-quality results within planned timelines.

What you’ll do:

Support Clinical Project Managers in managing Trial Master Files (TMF) and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
Liaise with CROs and internal teams to ensure compliance and resolve queries quickly.
Assist with study setup, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
Drive efficiencies and implement new technologies across clinical trials.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in clinical development.
1+ year of experience in clinical research or trial documentation.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
