Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Developer based in Winnipeg, MB. The Web Developer will develop, and maintain websites with a focus on both front-end and back-end functionality. Day-to-day tasks will include programming, implementing user-friendly web designs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the design and development teams to create innovative digital solutions. The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Web Development, Front-End Development, and Back-End Web Development
Strong skills in Programming and Web Design
Experience in creating responsive, accessible, and user-centered digital designs
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website performance
Proficiency with relevant programming languages and tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and stories is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
