Join our team to ensure the reliability and performance of key IT systems. You will monitor system health with tools like Dynatrace and ELK, lead investigations into application failures, and drive timely resolutions. Use your SQL skills to extract data and support troubleshooting efforts.

You’ll also maintain high-quality support documentation, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate closely with IT partners across platforms to ensure smooth operations. Participate in project release reviews to help deliver seamless system implementations.

Must-Have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven troubleshooting experience
Solid SQL knowledge
Experience with SRE tools (e.g., PagerDuty)
Familiarity with programming languages, databases, or web technologies

Nice to Have:

Architecture and workflow analysis experience
Knowledge of ITSM frameworks
