AI Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) — London (Hybrid)

A well-funded UK AI scale-up is expanding its post-sales function as they onboard a growing pipeline of enterprise customers. Their platform helps document-heavy industries automate complex workflows, and they’re adding another Solutions Engineer to strengthen delivery. You’ll join a small, focused London team where you’ll work hands-on with real customer implementations from day one.

The Role

Own end-to-end implementation of customer AI projects — from setup through optimisation and rollout

Build and refine prompt libraries, skills and evaluations for real production use cases

Diagnose underperformance through evaluation analysis and structured debugging

Capture customer patterns, surface product gaps and shape future functionality

Create training content and guide customers through new feature adoption

Manage multiple enterprise stakeholders and keep delivery moving at pace

What You’ll Bring

Strong, hands-on prompt engineering skills (tested as part of the process)

Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, behaviours and limitations

Demonstrable delivery of technical AI work directly to customers — with detailed examples

Confident communicator who asks clarifying questions early and adapts quickly

Bias for shipping rather than endless iteration

(Nice to have) Experience in real estate, financial services or legal tech

(Nice to have) Background in technical support, engineering or scripting

What’s On Offer

Salary up to £95,000 + equity (aligned to current band)

Hybrid role with at least one day per week in the London office

A small, growing post-sales team where you’ll take meaningful ownership

Strong runway and active expansion across enterprise accounts
