Job Specifications

A creative digital studio is looking for a Laravel Developer with React experience to join their growing in-house team. This is a great opportunity for a developer who loves working across both back-end and front-end technologies, delivering beautifully crafted, high-performance digital products.

Role: Laravel Developer (with React)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Location: Oxfordshire – Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite, 2 remote

What you’ll be doing:

Build and maintain web applications using Laravel on the back end and React on the front end
Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver modern, responsive websites and digital products
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring performance and reliability
Optimise applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and accessibility
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

What you’ll need:

Strong commercial experience with Laravel and React
Good understanding of modern PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs
Experience with front-end tools and frameworks such as Tailwind, Webpack, or similar
Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly within a creative team
