Documentum Developer

We are looking for a skilled Documentum Developer to join our dynamic team focused on transforming enterprise content management solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Documentum to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance our clients' business processes and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop Documentum-based applications, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system architecture, and implement solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems.
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging, leveraging tools such as Documentum Administrator and DQL to optimize performance.
Write comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment plans, and user guides to support system maintenance and user training.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of experience in Documentum development, including proficiency in Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) and Documentum Query Language (DQL).
Solid understanding of content management principles and best practices, with experience in implementing Documentum solutions in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Java, SQL, and web services integration for developing Documentum applications.

Preferred:

Experience with Documentum xCP and its application development framework.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating user interfaces.
Certification in Documentum or related technologies.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Expertise in Documentum platform and its components, including Documentum Content Server and Documentum Webtop.
Proficiency in using development tools such as Documentum Composer and Documentum Administrator.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
