Hands-on senior developer who also provides light architectural direction and Agile team leadership. The role bridges front-end (React.js) while guiding other developers within a Scrum team.

Focus: Architecture input, Agile leadership, mentoring, code reviews, collaboration with product owners.

Skill Emphasis:

React.js + Java (Full Stack)
Spring Boot, REST APIs, CI/CD
Agile/Scrum experience — ideally leading sprints or mentoring
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred)

Profile Fit:

12+ years’ experience, strong communicator, still hands-on coder but can think architecturally.
