Windows 11 Deployment Engineer - Scotland
Role: Windows 11 Deployment Engineer
Location: Inchinnan, Scotland
Duration: 8th Dec - 16th Dec
Clearance: BPSS, NPPV OR SC
Hours: Monday-Friday, standard 8-hour day

Key Responsibilities:

Meet users in pre-booked 30-minute session
Swap devices, complete scripted checks, confirm successful handover
Ensure new device boots, connects, and functions correctly
Collect and record return of old devices
Escalate any issues to on-site technical support
Ideal Experience:

Previous desktop support, floorwalking, or device-deployment experience
Strong interpersonal skills and customer confidence
Comfortable working in structured, high-throughput environments
