How You’ll Make An Impact

As part of Aptima’s Training, Learning, & Readiness Division, you will be assisting on high priority projects and work within the Division. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly interdisciplinary team on a variety of tasking, including the following:

Assist in search for and review peer-reviewed scientific literature
Assist senior researchers to perform data analysis and reporting using standard commercial tools such as Python, R, SPSS, or SAS
Develop draft content for technical analyses, written reports, presentations, and papers related to applicable areas of science and technology
Apply written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members using email, phone, and virtual meeting technology
Participate in a timely, productive, and collegial manner on a multidisciplinary project team

Requirements

Training and/or relevant coursework in research methods and statistics
Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance
Completed B.A./B.S. degree in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, human factors, data science, or other related fields
Currently enrolled and completed at least one year of coursework in an accredited graduate program work toward a Master or Doctoral degree
