About The Role

Senior Full Stack Engineer at Prosper Health, focusing on virtual mental health care for autistic adults. Requires TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and East Coast hours availability.

Responsibilities for the first 90–180 days include building clinician tooling to enable data-driven, best-in-class care, conducting AI appointment transcript analysis to improve care and automate follow-ups, streamlining client intake and automating transparent cost estimates, contributing to CI/CD, observability, and a delightful developer experience, and shipping across clinician, client, and internal products while helping to set product direction. The tech stack includes a TypeScript monorepo, Node.js/Fastify, React, Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage), tRPC (typesafe API), and Prisma (ORM). The role offers a salary range of $170k–$210k base with competitive and flexible equity. Work hours are East Coast hours for remote, with a hybrid work mode of 2–4 days/week preferred.

Requirements

Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
Experience with a modern FE framework (React preferred)
Comfortable across the stack (70/30 FE or BE OK; 50/50 fine)
East Coast hours availability
3+ years post-grad full-stack engineering
Experience at high-growth startups (pre-Series C)
Ability to demonstrate shipped code and impact
1+ years at early-stage startup (Series C or earlier)
Healthcare/healthtech exposure (not required, mission alignment valued)
