This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate engaging marketing campaigns, manage social media and email communications, keep event websites fresh and compelling, and work closely with partners, nominees, and sponsors. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and project-management abilities

Meticulous attention to detail, especially for award submissions, nominee details, and collateral
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders with ease
Comfortable using design or content tools (e.g., Canva, CMS, email builders)
Team player who thrives on coordinating with event, sales, and operations teams

What You'll Be Doing

Driving campaigns that deliver

You'll execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels—including email and social media—that are both effective and efficient, reaching the right people at the right time.

Collaborating across teams

Working alongside Marketing, Production, and Sales, you'll help translate strategic goals into actionable campaigns, then monitor and analyse performance to report on results, particularly around attribution and influence.

Building strong relationships

You'll forge effective working relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, editorial, product, and business intelligence to truly understand the market and the customer journey.

Engaging senior audiences

Working closely with product and editorial teams, you'll ensure events attract senior market participants through high-quality, accurate communications across websites, social media, and email.

Creating compelling content

Collaborating with the event production team and editorial colleagues, you'll develop first-class event web pages that are both engaging and informative, helping to drive registrations and attendance.
