Purpose
The Marketing Executive will deliver effective, engaging marketing campaigns for our brands and products, supporting the team to achieve their goals. The role combines creativity with strong organisation: producing marketing content, managing campaign activity, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and on schedule.
This position spans both online and offline channels — including email marketing, social media, print, digital advertising, webinars, and live events — and requires a balance of attention to detail, proactive communication, and collaborative working.
Key accountabilities
Execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and meet agreed targets.
Produce accurate, compelling copy and marketing materials that reflect the brand value proposition.
Plan and manage campaign timelines effectively, using project management tools to track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
Support the creative process from brief to delivery, ensuring materials are accurate, approved, and on schedule.
Record and monitor marketing spend to support budget management.
Deliver timely reports and insights that inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
Build positive working relationships with colleagues and partners, ensuring marketing activity aligns with portfolio needs.
Contribute ideas and solutions in team meetings, maintaining a collaborative and positive approach.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to help shape future marketing activity.
Behaviours and Knowledge
Understanding of core marketing principles and experience in campaign delivery.
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email service providers, and project management systems (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written — with proven ability to create accurate, effective content.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Analytical mindset, able to interpret results and apply insights.
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
