The Opportunity

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team and help build and scale a Customer/Self-Serve Portal leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role focuses on secure identity flows, robust integrations, and high-performance solutions that connect Salesforce with enterprise and mainframe systems.

What You'll Do

Design and develop core Salesforce and FSC features powering the Customer/Self-Serve Portal (Experience Cloud).
Implement secure registration, login, and identity/SSO flows.
Build and harden integrations (REST APIs, event-driven, middleware) between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
Ensure reliability, security, and performance across portal and integration components.
Collaborate with product, security, and integration teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.

What You Bring to the Table

Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL) with FSC expertise in financial services.
Proven delivery of authenticated portal features: identity/SSO, profile management, entitlements.
Integration expertise: APIs, middleware/eventing; familiarity with mainframe systems is an asset.
Practical experience with secure data models, sharing/roles, and performance tuning for large orgs.

Core Skills Required

Salesforce Core + FSC development
Experience Cloud for authenticated communities/portals
API and middleware integration patterns
CI/CD for Salesforce (e.g., GitHub Actions, Copado)
Test automation and observability best practices

Nice to Have

Exposure to enterprise API gateways and insurance industry integration patterns.
Understanding of performance optimisation and security in large-scale Salesforce environments.
