About Spike:

For over a decade, our technology has helped residential, PBSA, BTR, and mixed-use schemes build vibrant communities, streamline operations, and deliver world-class resident experiences. As we continue to scale internationally, we’re expanding our commercial team and are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help accelerate our growth.
What You’ll Do:
Drive top of funnel pipeline by sourcing, prospecting, and qualifying leads across residential real estate, property management, and developer sectors
Run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, events) to engage decision-makers such as Property Directors, Asset Managers, Community Managers, and Heads of Resident Experience
Book high-quality meetings and product demos for our Account Executive team
Research and understand target accounts, tailoring outreach to highlight the operational challenges Spike solves
Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, events, and inbound lead follow-up
Maintain accurate CRM data, track activity, and report on KPIs to drive improvements
Act as the first point of contact and trusted ambassador for Spike’s brand and value proposition
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years’ experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate technology is a strong plus)
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
A self-starter with strong organisation and time-management abilities
Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the property industry, resident engagement, and digital transformation
Resilience, persistence, and motivation to hit and exceed targets
A positive, proactive team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
