Senior .NET Developer – Trading Platform Integration (Permanent)

We’re partnering with a leading global technology consultancy that delivers cutting-edge solutions to the financial services industry. They have a strong track record in implementing and integrating advanced trading platforms for major hedge funds and investment firms.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile hedge fund initiative to implement and migrate a next-generation trading platform. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, collaborating with stakeholders and showcasing your work directly to end users.

The Role

Contribute to the development and integration of a sophisticated trading application supporting:
Pre-deal origination and post-trade lifecycle management
Workflow configuration and business support
Risk system integration
Operations and finance connectivity
Reporting, reconciliation, and accounting
Participate in the migration to a new platform built on .NET (C#) and Microsoft SQL, hosted on-prem or via AWS.
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

What I am Looking For

Essential Skills

Strong experience with trading platforms (Orchestrade experience essential)
Advanced programming skills in C#/.NET
Solid knowledge of SQL and database technologies
Ability to deliver production-ready code under deadlines
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
Excellent English communication skills
Financial markets experience

Desirable

DevOps and cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Understanding of investment banking workflows
Exposure to asset classes: Credit, Equities, IRD, FX
