Job Specifications
At Glev, we're reimagining how software is secured by combining deep application security expertise with the power of AI agents.
About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey. As one of the first hires in our Tech & Product team, you will play a central role in building our solution at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
You will be responsible - together with the CTO and the rest of the team - for the design, implementation, and deployment of AI agents and machine learning systems.
We’re open to two types of profiles:
A mid-level engineer who is eager to learn (and to whom we’ll give the means to grow), with a salary range between 60–70k€.
A more senior engineer capable of applying deep expertise (RAG, tools, MCP, context engineering, …) in a highly stimulating environment, with a salary range between 70–80k€.
We’re remote-first, moving fast, and building for scale. If you're passionate about product-oriented development, cybersecurity, and the promise of AI in real-world systems, Glev is the place to bring all that together.
How you'll shape our product
Design Pragmatic, elegant solutions
Translate real customer needs into robust, scalable software while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
Engineer Production-Ready AI at Scale
Develop and maintain AI features from model design all the way to operational readiness (performance and security). Our algorithms are built to run in production and deliver real value to customers — not to remain theoretical POCs.
Own code quality and reliability
Write comprehensive unit tests and algorithm evaluations, contribute to code reviews, and ensure smooth operations of our production systems.
Secure by design
As a user of Glev’s own platform, you’ll play an active role in hardening our application and strengthening its security posture.
Stay curious and share knowledge
Engage in technical watch, experiment with new tools, and continuously bring fresh ideas and practices into the team.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally within fast-paced, agile product teams (startups or scaleups)
Strong Python skills, with a data-centric mindset and a problem-solving approach
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote-first environment: self-driven, responsive, and respectful of work-life balance
Fluent in French and professional-level English, both written and spoken
Bonus points for:
Experience with genAI technologies (RAG, tools, MCP, context engineering, …)
Personal or professional interest in cybersecurity
*Required
French level: Native or bilingual
Authorized to work in France:
Lives in France
Python experience: Minimum 4 years
*Preferred
GenAI experience: Minimum 1 year
English level: Professional
