12-month Contract – Outside IR35

Remote

Fantastic Outside IR35 remote opportunity for a Business Analyst to help turn website traffic into revenue for a well-known global brand.

This role will sit within a digital product team, focused on how visitors discover, browse, and interact with web content - and how that engagement leads to registrations, transactions, and sales.

You will be working on large-scale web and content transformations that turn traffic and engagement into revenue.

You’ll be the bridge between product, engineering, UX and content – shaping how a global brand delivers high-performance, data-driven web experiences.

You will work on high-impact, ecommerce-style web projects, including:

Redesigning and re-platforming key pages
Enhancing content and department pages to drive deeper engagement and revenue-related actions
Analysing web journeys, drop-off points, and conversion funnels
Turning business and ecommerce goals into clear user stories and requirements
Partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements
Supporting UAT and ensuring changes deliver real, measurable impact

We are looking for a BA with strong ecommerce or web product experience, used to working on customer-facing sites where engagement and revenue really matter.
