Project Manager – Brussels (Hybrid)

A leading international organisation in Brussels is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale information system projects within a multicultural, EU-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects within agreed scope, cost, and quality.
Define project strategy, plans, deliverables, and ensure strong governance and reporting.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners, analysts, developers, and users.
Drive risk, issue, change, and decision management with thorough documentation.
Produce key project artefacts such as Business Cases, Vision Documents, and Project Charters.
Translate EU legislation and business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Support transition from project delivery into operations and long-term maintenance.

What You Bring

5+ years of professional project management experience.
3+ years working in Agile (Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Strong background in software development projects and product/functional decomposition.
Proficiency with BPMN, UML, or similar modelling frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in international, multilingual environments.
English at C1 level; French B1+ is an advantage.
High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential data.

PM2-Agile
PMP or PRINCE2
PM2 Level 1
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
