The missions :

As a Clinical Application Engineer Rest of the World, you will join the Customer Success team to support users (in East Europe, Middle East and Asia) in adopting and making the best use of the company’s solutions.

Support the onboarding and training of new users, either remotely or on site.
Assist customers in understanding and navigating the company’s tools, answering their questions as needed.
Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving the user experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Monitor product performance and usage to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Work with the Product team to relay user feedback and participate in continuous product improvement.
Produce usage and engagement reports to support internal decision-making.

Candidate Ideal Profile :

Strong interest in healthcare and innovative technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, french is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
Customer-oriented, proactive approach.
Prior experience in medical imaging is a plus.
At least 2-3 years of experience in the field.

The ++ :

up to 60k€.
Travelling 60% of the time in East Europe, Middle East or Asia.
