Job Specifications

The IT Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networking systems. The ideal candidate must be adept at diagnosing IT issues and implementing effective solutions across various client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, systems, and user devices.
Provide on-site and remote IT support to clients.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
Set up and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Document and report service activities, solutions provided, and any escalations.
He will have to go to shops, fabrics nearby (West Flanders + France)

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in IT support, field services, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
Familiarity with server administration, cloud platforms, and security protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel frequently to client sites (must live nearby Kortrijk)
