$76,800 - $115,200 CAD

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The BSA will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with business goals. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and contributing to the design and optimization of Salesforce-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce and connected systems.
Translate business needs into detailed technical user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Collaborate with Salesforce Architect, developers, and QA teams to design and implement solutions.
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT for Salesforce projects and enhancements.
Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce features, configuration, and integration capabilities.
Identify opportunities to optimize or automate existing processes using Salesforce.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to drive adoption and efficient use of the platform.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
Monitor and analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Analyze and classify incoming incidents to identify patterns, recurring issues, and potential system problems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience as a BSA, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality and limitations.
Experience with both functional and non-functional testing specifically on Salesforce platform.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in writing user stories in Jira & Confluence, process documentation, and test cases.
Regulatory compliance experience in Banking.
Experience creating custom reports in Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications - Administrator, Business Analyst & Experience Cloud.
Familiarity with data migration and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector).
SQL querying skills with ability to independently extract data from SQL databases
