Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python / TypeScript / React / SQL)

London - Onsite

£80,000 - £130,000 + significant early-stage equity

$7M seed funded

We’re building a new automation platform that learns how organisations actually work - capturing real behaviour and transforming it into structured workflows and dependable AI-driven automations.

Following a recent $7M seed round, we’re expanding a new London engineering team. As one of the early engineers, you’ll have a central role in shaping the product, the architecture, and the long-term direction of the platform.

We’re hiring multiple full-stack and backend (Python/Rust) engineers as we scale the team and build out key product and platform foundations.

What you’ll work on

• Building polished, high-quality product interfaces in React + TypeScript.

• Developing backend logic, APIs, and data layers in Python + SQL.

• Designing scalable systems and clean internal abstractions.

• Owning features end-to-end and contributing directly to product strategy.

Who we’re looking for

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience (most strong candidates will have more).

• Strong capability in Python, TypeScript, React, and SQL.

• Clear, thoughtful communication and reasoning.

• A track record of owning substantial product features in fast-moving environments.

• Comfortable working onsite with a small, senior team.

Nice to have

• Rust, C, or Go experience.

• Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS familiarity.

Package

• £80k–£130k base salary.

• Significant early-stage equity.
