50% travel to Memphis TN - Expenses Paid

State & Local ( County) Government Experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PPM, specifically Grants Management and Grants Accounting.
Strong understanding of:
Award funding structures
Grant cost rules and expenditure types
Indirect cost (F&A) calculations
Billing and revenue recognition
Capital vs. non-capital project accounting
Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud environments (TEST, PROD, implementation tools).
Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for federally funded grants.
