We’re seeking a mid-level .NET Analyst/Developer (Freelance) to join our client’s digital transformation journey in Namur. What You’ll Be Doing
Enhancing and adapting account synchronization services between the new ticketing system, CRM, and the main website.
Developing new digital features as part of a high-visibility transformation program.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: digital, ticketing, business, CRM, mobile app, e-shop, and internal developers.
Ensuring alignment with shared development methodologies and best practices.
Writing clear technical documentation to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
Providing training to team members and stakeholders when needed.
Leading and participating in testing sessions with end users to ensure quality and usability.
Work Organization & Schedule
Freelance mission, full-time for 12 months.
Hybrid work: mandatory on-site presence every Monday; two fixed remote days per week.
Working hours aligned with internal team: start between 7:30 and 9:00, lunch between 11:45 and 14:00, end between 16:00 and 19:00.
Mandatory availability: 9:00–11:45 and 14:00–16:00.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on C# .NET development experience.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, C#, .NET, .NET Core.
Experience with ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, RESTful APIs, CSS, and Visual Studio.
Junior-level skills in Angular and Entity Framework.
Ability to write clear technical documentation and deliver training.
Proven experience collaborating with diverse technical and business teams.
Ownership mindset: proactive, solution-driven, and committed to delivering impact.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Accessibility / WCAG knowledge.
Experience with message queuing (e.g., RabbitMQ).
SOAP / JSON Web Services.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git Flow.
Background in passenger transport or similar sectors.
Language Proficiency
Excellent oral and written communication in French.
Good understanding of technical English.
Other Requirements
Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Ready to work in a hybrid environment with fixed on-site and remote days.
