Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Frimley, Surrey.

Security Clearance: Actively cleared to a high level with the UK Government.

Travel: Up to two months abroad, twice a year.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus, private healthcare and more.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join a dynamic team delivering secure digital solutions for critical national projects. This role involves working on multi-domain integration and data exploitation initiatives that provide strategic advantages to those who serve and protect.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse complex, large-scale datasets (including temporal and relational data) to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and uncover actionable insights.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards to visualise key metrics and support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
Present clear, concise insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and document queries, scripts, and reports for recurring and ad-hoc analysis.
Drive continuous improvement of data models, processes, and governance practices.

About You

Proven experience in data analysis or a related role, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).
Skilled in building dashboards using OpenSearch or similar tools.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights clearly.
Understanding of data quality, governance, and privacy principles.
Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently.

Eligibility: Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a current high-level UK Government security clearance and be UK nationals.
