Job Specifications

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration & Risk Management Specialist to support a major BCBS239 compliance initiative and strengthen enterprise-wide risk data capabilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong data engineering expertise, deep understanding of risk data aggregation, and hands-on experience with Teradata, Informatica, and risk analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform Management

Utilize Teradata Vantage for data warehousing and advanced analytics.
Optimize complex queries and data models for effective risk data aggregation.

Data Integration & ETL Development

Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter.
Lead large-scale data integration initiatives across multiple platforms.
Conduct data quality checks and implement controls for risk-sensitive datasets.

Risk Modelling & Analytics

Use SAS, Python, and other analytics tools to support risk model development and validation.
Integrate risk models into automated data pipelines and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with quantitative teams to deliver operational risk metrics and dashboards.

BCBS239 Compliance

Implement and maintain risk data aggregation and reporting processes aligned to BCBS239 requirements.
Work closely with risk management teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for regulatory reporting.
Support governance, lineage, and documentation for end-to-end risk data flows.

Required Skills & Experience

Significant hands-on experience with Teradata and Informatica PowerCenter for data integration and ETL development.
Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of BCBS239 principles and regulatory risk data aggregation practices.
Experience with SAS, Python, or other risk modelling tools (beneficial but not essential).
Understanding of data governance, lineage, and metadata management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
