Responsibilities
Lead and participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Django, or Laravel
Translate business needs into technical plans and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation
Contribute to cloud engineering, DevOps, and AI automation initiatives as needed
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members
Demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and a commitment to continuous learning
Skills And Requirements
Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, Django, Laravel)
Native English speaker based in the United States or Canada
Strong client communication and technical leadership skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Supabase), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable
Familiarity with AI automation tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Make.com, n8n, Zapier) is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Professional, reliable, and highly responsive work ethic
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and to specification
