One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Data and Insights Analyst.
Location - Hybrid - Warwickshire/Remote
Permanent role
£40,000 - 45,000 + 17.5% bonus
You will play a pivotal role in enabling data-led decision making within an Enterprise Change Portfolio. This is a high-impact role that supports the successful delivery of change initiatives by providing expert analysis, performance tracking, and visual storytelling to senior stakeholders.
Role:
Deliver insightful analysis and reporting, using advanced data manipulation and visualisation techniques.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide thematic insights that enhance decision making.
Monitor key performance indicators and resource allocation trends, offering recommendations to optimise delivery outcomes.
Lead the production of accurate, timely, and engaging reports that support portfolio governance and performance tracking.
Support budget forecasting and expenditure monitoring to ensure financial alignment with departmental objectives.
Coach and mentor colleagues to build data literacy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyse programme and project controls to identify risks, issues, and dependencies, helping to mitigate potential impacts.
Experience:
Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualisation and modelling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven problem-solving capabilities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes.
Desirable - experience in a project, programme, portfolio or PMO environment.
